Please take a moment to read the following instructions on how to care for your garments. Please note: it is important that you follow these instructions, as we cannot accept responsibility for items if these instructions are not adhered to.
All garments and fabrics used are handmade. There will inevitably be slight variations in colours & designs. This reflects their unique origin - Nepal.
Please handwash your garment separately, or dry clean. All items need to be put on a COLD wash!
If your washing machine has a cold/handwash facility, your garments can be washed on this cycle. It is safe to re-spin the wool jumpers on the highest spin speed if required (to remove excess water).
The wool we use is responsibly sourced. All our clothes are handmade in Nepal. Never use conditioner with wollen products as it straightens the fibres.
How to waterproof a woollen product;
Step 1: Add 3 capfuls of virgin olive oil into conditioner drawer
Step 2: Set washing machine to rinse cycle & press start
(due to the quality of our garments & lining they are safe to spin at 1200rpm)
Step 3: Remove item when finished, and air on a hanger thoroughly until both inside & outside are completely dry
Step 4: To continue waterproofing treatment, add 1 capful of olive oil to each wash, remembering to respin at 1200rpm, as it is important to expel excess water/weight. This way it will go back to its original size once dry.
DO NOT TRY THIS WITH NON-WOLLEN FABRICS!
